Twinkle, Twinkle...





Twinkle stamp: Verve. Paper by DCWV, Stampin Up. Sizzix: Top Note Die. Cricut: star cut using deep blade.

Paint star white, emboss with UTEE leaving ridges, dab with Colorbox Chalk Ink and sprinkle with pink and orange glitter.
